Barrett Nickel Alloys has opened its new processing and distribution facility in Templebrough, near Sheffield. Sheffield remains a centre of excellence for the production and supply of Nickel Alloy materials, and the new facility is ideally located in this region to take advantage of this.
This development has been made in line with the strategy of parent company Barrett Steels Limited. “We are investing in our Engineering Steels division to develop it in line with the global demands of the sector. This facility will allow us to manage supply chain solutions in this highly demanding sector and deliver high levels of quality and service to our customers, wherever they are in the World”, says David Godfrey, Commercial Director of Barrett Steels Limited.
Barrett Nickel Alloys offers both stock and bespoke near to nett shape solutions in exotic alloy materials complying with the customers’ specifications. The new facility will house both forging and finished stock, and act as the operations hub for the global supply chain.
