METALLURGICAL PROCESS CONTROL

Our technical staff takes full responsibility for metallurgical process control and do not relinquish oversight of your project at any stage. We only sub-contract to vendors on our approved list and always specify the timescales and methods of manufacture to be used.

Before proceeding, we carry out a meticulous technical review of your order and specification requirements. This includes checking that timescales match those of your project, ensuring we will achieve the finished quality you require, and overseeing the purchase of all specified raw materials.

We maintain technical control of all sub-contracted forging and heat treatment processes at all times.
